Delivery Info - Useful information about delivery and returns
You can purchase your items online and pick them up locally or we can ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use USPS First Class Postage or Priority Mail to ensure your orders arrive on time.
US Priority mail takes approximately 3- 5 days within the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia.
US Parcel Post takes approximately 5-10 business days. US Postal Service does not deliver on the following holidays:

Unfortunately, since the pandemic, shipping times are no longer guaranteed. However, we do provide tracking accurate information.
Please Note: Phone and web orders placed before 2 PM EST are shipped the next business day via USPS PRIORITY MAIL or USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL. No shipments are sent out on Sundays, Mondays, or Holidays.
On the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, the availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
If you have a problem with your purchase, contact us immediately. YOU CAN RETURN ANYTHING FOR ANY REASON - ALMOST.
All the items you want to return must be returned within thirty days of the original purchase date given on the invoice enclosed with your order. There is a 20% restocking fee for anything returned after thirty days. No returns are accepted 60 days beyond the purchase date. Returns received without this paperwork will slow down your return and may cause confusion and cost you a fee.
No returns on used items.
Clothing must not be soiled or laundered.
If you ask for a refund, it will be processed in one to two business days after we have received and processed your return.
